To subscribe to The Elephant you must firstly fill in this form.

Fields marked with a red '*' are mandatory, the other fields can be left blank.

You must make up a user name to identify yourself and you must think up a password.

You must enter your mother's maiden name as this will be used to identify yourself if you ever have a query in the future.

Your credit card details must be entered to allow payment to be collected.

The Elephant will prompt you if you fail to complete any of the mandatory fields or if any of the other details are not correct.

Note: All user details are encrypted before sent to The Elephant server to stop unwanted eyes from seeing your personal details.
